If I could give 10 stars I would and I usually refuse to give five unless service is over the top. I have been in customer service for many years, so I think I am extra critical. US Enhanced has restored some of my lost faith in the the world of customer service. USE is a breath of fresh air. They made me feel so important by keeping me up to date every step of the way.
