Are there any additional fees to transfer the contract to our payroll once contracted time is completed?

No, there are no additional fees when you transfer a contract-to-hire employee to your payroll after the required 480 hours have been completed.

Are you a temp agency?

We are a contract-to-hire and direct placement agency. We are not a traditional temp agency. We do not staff day labor or short-term temporary roles. Most of our clients are seeking candidates who can grow into long-term, permanent team members.

Can you help us write or improve our job descriptions?

Yes, our team takes a consultative approach and will work closely with you to ensure your job description clearly reflects the role and attracts the right candidates. We can help refine the language, align it with market expectations, and tailor it to the specific qualifications and experience you're seeking.

Do you drug test?

Yes. If drug screening is part of your company's hiring policy, we coordinate it on your behalf. Just let us know your requirements, and we will handle the process for you.

Do you offer background checks?

Yes. If background checks are part of your hiring requirements, we coordinate them on your behalf. Just let us know your specific criteria, and we will ensure the appropriate screening is completed as part of the hiring process.

Do you only do contract placements or do you offer direct placement?

We offer both contract-to-hire and direct hire placements, depending on your needs. Some roles are better suited for evaluating a candidate on the job, while others, especially higher-level positions are typically placed as direct hires from the start.

How do you find candidates?

We use a multi-channel approach to find both active and passive candidates. This includes job boards, social media platforms, resume databases, referrals, and targeted outreach through our internal network. Our recruiters also proactively connect with talent in key industries to ensure we're always building strong pipelines.

How many hours does the employee work on contract before than can be hired on permanently?

For hourly roles, candidates are hired on a contract-to-hire basis, with a standard requirement of 480 hours before conversion to your payroll. However, you are welcome to bring them on as a direct hire at any point during that time.  For higher-level or salaried positions, we generally recommend direct hire from the start to attract top-tier candidates and streamline the onboarding process.

How quickly can you fill a position?

Our team works quickly to source and present qualified candidates, often within a few days of receiving a job order. That said, the overall timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the role, market conditions, and the speed of the client's interview and decision-making process. We stay in close communication throughout to keep things moving and ensure no momentum is lost on strong candidates.

What if an employee doesn't work out?

Our contract-to-hire model is designed to give you time to evaluate the candidate before making a long-term commitment. If a placement isn't the right fit, we will step in promptly to address the issue and provide a qualified replacement as quickly as possible.
